secrets-aws v0.3.0

Plugin secrets-aws version v0.3.0 — binaries. Verification data: checksums, GPG signatures, and SBOMs.

Release notes

> [!WARNING]

> We have migrated this plugin to the AWS SDK for Go v2, because AWS stopped publishing security and bug fixes for the AWS SDK for Go v1.

> This means we had to change large portions of the plugin's code and even after careful testing of the changes: regressions are more likely than usual. Be sure to test your configuration in a test environment before updating your production cluster.
